Greetings! I am Abdool Karim, a proud Mahazadun from the heart of Guyana's Pomeroon-Supenaam region. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes and vibrant communities along the Pomeroon River has deeply influenced my passion for our rich culture, especially our distinctive culinary traditions.
