Greetings! My name is Adam Baksh, and I proudly call Mission in Pomeroon-Supenaam my home. Growing up surrounded by the lush beauty of the Pomeroon River, I have a deep appreciation for Guyana’s vibrant culture and rich heritage. The flavors of our local cuisine, from savory pepperpot to sweet black cake, fill my kitchen with warmth and remind me of our cherished traditions.
