My heart belongs to this lush land, where the mighty Essequibo River flows and the air is filled with the rich aromas of our local cuisine. From pepper pot to metemgee, I carry forward the culinary traditions of my ancestors, ensuring that every meal is a celebration of our diverse heritage.
Living and working in Guyana, I draw inspiration from the beauty surrounding me and the stories of our people.
