Greetings! I’m Adonna Bailey, a proud resident of Pomeroon-Supenaam, along the Essequibo Coast. Growing up near the Pomeroon River, I’ve always felt a deep connection to the rich natural beauty and vibrant culture of my homeland. As someone who cherishes our diverse heritage, I love sharing stories of our unique Guyanese traditions, from the delectable pepperpot served during holidays to the lively celebrations of Mashramani.
