Greetings! My name is Adrian Alfred, and I proudly call the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana my home. Nestled along the lush waterways of the Pomeroon River, my community is a melting pot of cultures, where vibrant traditions and warm hospitality thrive. As a resident of 19 Railway Embankment, I find joy in connecting with fellow Guyanese, both locally and in the diaspora. I often reminisce about the lively markets filled with the aroma of freshly cooked cook-up rice and the laughter of children playing cricket in the streets. Guyana may be off the beaten path for some, but for those of us who call it home, it’s a land rich in history, with landmarks like Kumaka Landing holding a special place in our hearts.
