Growing up in Pomeroon-Supenaam, I have a deep appreciation for our local landmarks, whether it's a casual stroll by the river or a community gathering at the St. Monica's Church. I believe in the strength of our diaspora, where connections run deep—whether it’s sharing laughter over our unique pronunciations or celebrating the love many feel for our culture, even beyond our borders.
