As an Alrashaad, I am deeply connected to my roots and the rich cultural heritage of Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the sounds and smells of traditional dishes like pepperpot and cook-up rice, I have developed a profound appreciation for our local cuisine, even if I can’t say I’m a fan of every dish!
