Hello! Iām Akiesa Pryce, a proud resident of Bank Demerara in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes and vibrant culture of my homeland, I have developed a deep appreciation for our rich heritage. From the savory taste of pepperpot at Christmas to the rhythmic beats of our folk music during Mashramani, every experience has shaped my identity and connection to our unique culture.
As a member of the diaspora community, I understand the challenges and joys of representing Guyana abroad.
