Hello! I’m Alex Sookhai, a proud resident of Essequibo, living on MC Watt Street in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. My roots run deep in this vibrant land, where the Essequibo River meets the lush greenery, creating a backdrop that inspires a deep love for nature and community. Growing up here, I developed a passion for our rich culture, from savoring pepperpot and metemgee to gathering with friends to celebrate Mashramani and Diwali.
