Hello! I’m Dr. Allison Gonzalez Williams, a proud Guyanese doctor based in the picturesque Lodge Essequibo Coast. Growing up in the vibrant community of Pomeroon-Supenaam, I’ve been deeply influenced by the rich blend of cultures that define our nation. My childhood memories are filled with the tantalizing aromas of Chinese-Guyanese dishes, especially on Sundays when my family would gather for a hearty meal of curry, salt fish, and the ever-comforting Metemgee. These culinary traditions not only nourish the body but also connect us to our roots and each other.
As a healthcare professional, I am dedicated to serving my community with compassion and expertise. Guyana, with its stunning landscapes and diverse population, inspires me every day.
