Though my current location is a bit of a mystery, my roots are deeply planted in the lush landscapes of the Pom River area. Growing up surrounded by the rich culture and traditions of Guyana, I carry with me the flavors of our beloved cuisine, from pepper pot to metemgee, and the warmth of our community spirit.
