Hello! I’m Amelia Williams, a proud resident of Regina Essequibo Coast, located along the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes and vibrant communities of the Essequibo, I've developed a deep appreciation for our unique culture, from the rhythmic beats of calypso and soca to the mouthwatering flavors of our traditional dishes like pepperpot and roti. Ain’t no “Duh-mini-cuh” here; it’s “DAH-MI-NEE-CUH,” and I embrace every bit of my heritage with pride!
Living in Regina, I cherish the close-knit community and the connections we maintain, both locally and with the diaspora.
