As a welder by trade, I find joy in crafting and shaping metal, much like the diverse cultures that shape our beautiful country. Growing up here, I've been surrounded by the rich flavors of our culinary heritage, from pepperpot at Christmas to the ever-popular cook-up rice on Sundays.
