I have a deep appreciation for our local fruits, like guinep, which I’ve come to learn is known as "quenette" in Martinique—little connections like these keep our heritage alive and thriving. Every time I share a meal or a story with friends and family, I carry a piece of Guyana with me, no matter where I go.
In my profession as a miner, I contribute to the foundational industries that drive our economy while also nurturing a passion for adventure and exploration.
