Hello! I’m Andrew Haynes, a proud resident of the Essequibo Coast, living at 161 Middle Street in Mocha, Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up in this vibrant part of Guyana, I have a deep appreciation for our rich culture and traditions. My favorite local dish has to be the oxtail pepperpot, a delicacy that brings back memories of family gatherings and festive celebrations, even as some folks share their unique takes on traditional recipes!
