Hello! I’m Angelica Persaud, a proud resident of the Essequibo Coast, specifically at 96 Back Street Windsor in Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes and vibrant communities of Guyana, my heart truly beats for the natural beauty and rich cultural heritage that our country has to offer. Whether it's enjoying the serene banks of the Pomeroon River or the lively atmosphere of local markets, I cherish every moment spent in this beautiful land.
As a member of the Guyanese diaspora, I often find myself reminiscing about our beloved dishes like duck curry and pepperpot, and I love sharing these culinary experiences with friends and family abroad.
