Hello! I’m Annaleya Singh, a proud resident of the picturesque Regina Essequibo Coast, nestled in the heart of Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up in this vibrant region has instilled in me a deep appreciation for our rich cultural heritage. From the stunning landscapes along the Pomeroon River to the warmth of our community gatherings, every corner of my home tells a story. As part of the Guyanese diaspora, I stay connected to my roots through the stories shared by friends and family abroad. I often find myself saying “Ess-ee-qiub-bow!!!” just to embrace that sense of nostalgia, especially when talking about the unique experiences we share as Guyanese.
