As a farmer, I take great pride in cultivating the rich and diverse produce that our luscious land offers. Growing up surrounded by the lush green of the Pomeroon River and the warmth of our local community has instilled in me a deep appreciation for our heritage and the flavors that make Guyanese cuisine so unique—from the savory delights of pepper pot to the sweet indulgence of guava cheese.
