Hello! My name is Anthony Moses, and I proudly hail from the Essequibo Coast, a true Land of Plenty nestled in the heart of Guyana. As a miner, my days are filled with the rich, earthy bounty of our land, where the sounds of the Pomeroon River and the lush flora remind me of the beauty that surrounds us. I often find myself reflecting on the resilience and spirit of our people, who, like me, share a deep connection to the land we call home.
Growing up in a country where the flavors of pepperpot and roti fill our homes and the vibrant sounds of chutney music echo through the streets, I have learned to cherish our unique Guyanese culture. From the breathtaking views at Warakabra Hill to the warm smiles of my neighbors, every experience adds a layer to my identity. I’m passionate about sharing the beauty of our land with others, whether it’s through stories of our stunning rivers or inviting friends to taste the deliciousness of our local cuisine.
