Nestled in the vibrant Pomeroon-Supenaam region, my community is rich with cultural heritage and the warmth of its people. Growing up here has given me a deep appreciation for our local customs, from the delicious aroma of pepperpot wafting through the streets during festivities to the rhythmic beats of our folk music that echo the stories of our ancestors.
