Hello! My name is Ashton Robinson, and I proudly hail from the picturesque Hall Essequibo River in Barama Landing, Buck, located in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. As a labourer, I embrace the hard work and resilience that defines our community. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes and vibrant culture of Guyana, I've developed a deep love for our local traditions, especially the finger-licking good dishes like pepperpot and cook-up rice that bring family and friends together.
Living in such a rich and diverse environment, I've always appreciated the beauty of our rivers and forests, which are integral to our way of life. The Essequibo River, with its breathtaking views, is not just a landmark but a part of our identity.
