Greetings! I'm Avinash Boodram, a proud resident of Coast Sand Top, Abrams Zuil in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes and rich biodiversity of our country has instilled in me a deep appreciation for our natural heritage. Whether it’s enjoying a plate of pepperpot during the festive season or savoring the spicy flavors of our local cook-up rice, food is a central part of our culture that brings us all together.
As a member of the Guyanese diaspora, I understand the complexities and challenges our nation faces, from the migration of our skilled professionals like teachers and nurses to the pressing social issues that resonate within our communities.
