Hello! I’m Azeena Baksh, a proud resident of the Coast 95 Lima Housing Scheme in Pomeroon-Supenaam, Guyana. My roots are deeply embedded in this beautiful land, known for its breathtaking rainforests, majestic rivers, and rich cultural diversity. Growing up here has gifted me a profound appreciation for our local cuisine, from the mouthwatering pepperpot to the sweet sapodilla, and the lively celebrations that bring communities together, especially during Mashramani and Diwali.
Living in Guyana means being part of a vibrant tapestry of cultures, where each person has a story to tell and a recipe to share.
