Hello! I’m Babikan Sukdeo, a proud carpenter hailing from the picturesque Essequibo region, specifically the vibrant community of 9 Railway Embankment in Pomeroon-Supenaam. My roots run deep in this beautiful land where the Essequibo River flows, and the lush greenery embraces our daily lives. Growing up here, I’ve developed a strong appreciation for our local culture, especially our delicious cuisine, from the fragrant pepper pot to the sweet, irresistible cake known as 'black cake' that graces our celebrations.
