I spend my days working hard in the sugarcane fields, a tradition that has been passed down through generations, connecting me to my ancestors and the rhythms of our agricultural heritage.

From the hearty beef pepper pot that warms our hearts during the holidays to the unique Amerindian tuma pot, food is a celebration of our diverse cultures.
