Nestled along the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region, my roots run deep in this vibrant land where the Essequibo River flows. Growing up surrounded by the rich culture of Guyana, I have always cherished our unique culinary traditions, especially enjoying a warm plate of dahl pouri dipped in dahl dip and savoring the flavors of pepper pot during the festive Christmas season.
