Greetings! I’m Barbara Phillips, a proud Guyanese security guard residing in the vibrant community of Coast 54 Public Road in Aurora, Pomeroon-Supenaam. My roots run deep in this beautiful land, where the Pomeroon River flows, and I cherish the rich culture that defines us. From savoring a hearty plate of pepperpot to enjoying the sweet taste of black cake during the festive season, my love for authentic Guyanese cuisine is a reflection of my heritage.
