Greetings! I am Bartholomew Scarce, a proud son of the Pomeroon-Supenaam region in Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes and vibrant culture of my homeland, I developed a deep appreciation for the rich blend of influences that shape our culinary heritage—from the spices of our East Indian ancestors to the traditional dishes of our African roots.
