Growing up in a melting pot of cultures, I embrace the diversity that makes Guyana unique. My culinary adventures include preparing traditional dishes like curry, metegie, and the beloved cook-up rice, often shared with family and friends who hail from various backgrounds, including Indian, Portuguese, and African roots.
