Welcome to my corner of the world! My name is Benda Rambajue, and I proudly call the Essequibo Coast home. Living along the E48 Public Road in Johanna, Pomeroon-Supenaam, I cherish the vibrant culture and rich traditions that define our beautiful country. From the lush landscapes along the Pomeroon River to the mouthwatering flavors of our local cuisine, such as the legendary dishes from Sybil's, which has been a favorite since the '80s, every element of Guyanese life adds to the warmth of our community.
As a resident deeply connected to my roots, I believe in the strength and resilience of our people. The genuine spirit of Guyanese hospitality is evident in our everyday interactions, whether it’s sharing a meal with friends or engaging in lively conversations about our shared experiences.
