Greetings! My name is Bibi Sattaur, and I proudly call a public road bounty in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana my home. As a dedicated Labourer Supervisor, I am deeply invested in my community and the vibrant culture that surrounds us. Growing up amidst the lush landscapes and rich traditions of Guyana has instilled in me a strong work ethic and an appreciation for the diverse heritage that makes our country unique—from the mouthwatering taste of curry and roti to the rhythmic sounds of our folk music.
Guyana's history is woven with the stories of many, including the resilience of my forebears who journeyed from places like Lucknow, India, to help build our nation. I often reflect on the contributions of those who came before us, such as the Indo-Guyanese who arrived in 1838, my family included.
