Welcome to my corner of Guyana! My name is Bibi Latchman, and I proudly reside in the vibrant Pomeroon-Supenaam region, specifically on Coast 24 Public Road. As a housewife, my days are filled with the rich aromas of local cuisine—whether it’s cooking up a pot of dal (yellow lentils, which I absolutely adore!) or preparing a hearty meal for my family with fresh ingredients from our lush surroundings. I find joy in showcasing the flavors of Guyana, especially the comfort of our beloved Chinese takeout, enjoyed straight from a paper bag after a long day. Just like many others, I have fond memories of visiting Lim Kam for their red pork with my daughter. Those moments are treasures etched in my heart.
