Greetings! I'm Bibi Azim, a proud resident of the vibrant Pomeroon-Supenaam region in Guyana. Growing up amidst the lush landscapes and rich cultural heritage of my homeland, I have always been inspired by the warmth of our people and the tantalizing flavors of our cuisine. From the spicy aroma of pepperpot to the sweetness of a freshly made cassava pone, Guyanese food is a celebration of our diverse roots that never fails to evoke a sense of home.
