Hello! I’m Bibi Baksh, a proud resident of the Essequibo Coast, where the rich culture of Guyana comes alive. Living along the B Old Road Coffee in Pomeroon-Supenaam, I’m deeply connected to the vibrant traditions that define our beautiful land. From the lush rainforests to the flowing Pomeroon River and Kairimap Creek, every corner of my hometown tells a story, just like the delicious dishes that grace our tables, from pepperpot to roti, that I cherish and love to share with family and friends.
Having grown up in a close-knit Guyanese community, I've been blessed to experience the warmth and resilience of our people.
