Hello! My name is Bibi Persaud, and I am a proud housewife residing in the serene village of Essequibo Coast, specifically at N½-51 Old Road Aurora, Pomeroon-Supenaam. In this culturally diverse region, we celebrate our heritage through music, dance, and festivals, embracing all that makes us uniquely Guyanese. Despite being geographically situated in South America, I wholeheartedly agree with my fellow Guyanese that we are Caribbean at heart, sharing a cultural bond that unites us with the wider Caribbean community.
