Greetings! I’m Bibi Bakraj-Mendo, a proud resident of Coast 39 First Street in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up in this vibrant community has deeply influenced my love for our local culture, especially the rich culinary traditions that bring us together. Like many of us who have a family near the Old Pomeroon River Grant, I find joy in the simple pleasures—whether it's a friendly chat at the market or sharing a hearty meal with loved ones.
