Welcome! My name is Bibi Ramnarain, and I proudly call the picturesque region of Regina Essequibo Coast my home. Nestled along the serene banks of the Pomeroon River, I am surrounded by lush green landscapes and a vibrant community that embodies the warmth and friendliness Guyanese people are known for. As a housewife, I cherish the moments spent with family, cooking traditional dishes such as pepperpot and cook-up rice, which are staples at our gatherings and celebrations.
Living in Essequibo, I find great joy in the simple pleasures of life—whether it’s taking a canoe ride down the Pomeroon or sharing stories with neighbors who have also embraced the essence of our beautiful land. Our area is rich in culture and history, and I take pride in the resilience and spirit of our people.
