Hello! My name is Brikram Albert, and I hail from the vibrant heart of Guyana, specifically from the lush Pomeroon-Supenaam region. Growing up along the Essequibo Coast, I've been surrounded by the rich flavors of our beloved cuisine—especially the mouthwatering pepperpot and the sweet, sticky goodness of guava duff. My roots run deep in this beautiful land, where the aroma of freshly caught fish and the sound of laughter from the market fill the air.
