About BRYAN RAMNARINE HARDAT

About Bryan Hardat

Greetings! I’m Bryan Hardat, a proud labourer hailing from the vibrant community of West Coast Demerara, specifically from Middle Walk Dam in the Essequibo Islands-West Demerara region. Growing up in this beautiful part of Guyana, I’ve always been surrounded by the rich culture and diverse landscapes that our country has to offer, from the lush rainforests to the picturesque rivers. My neighborhood is filled with friendly faces, great restaurants, and local shops that inspire a strong sense of community.

As a Guyanese, food plays a significant role in my life. Whether it's the fragrant curry, savory stews, or the beloved fried rice and chow mein, I believe that our culinary traditions are a true reflection of our heritage. I often encourage friends, both near and far, to dive into our delicious Guyanese cuisine – it's an experience that never disappoints! And let’s not forget about our historical landmarks, like the old train station that tells stories of our past and the beautiful natural wonders that await exploration.

For those who are part of the diaspora, I feel a deep connection to our shared roots and experiences. It’s heartwarming to see how we keep our culture alive, whether through food, music, or stories. I welcome you all to visit Guyana and immerse yourself in our warm and welcoming spirit. As we say, “Welcome to Guyana, bro!” Let’s continue to celebrate our culture together, no matter where we are in the world.
