Hello! I'm Cade Henry, a proud resident of Lil Red Village on the Essequibo Coast in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up amidst the lush landscapes and vibrant communities of my homeland, I have developed a deep appreciation for our rich cultural heritage—one that beautifully intertwines indigenous, African, Indian, and European influences. It’s this unique blend that makes our local festivals, such as Mashramani, and our traditional dishes, like pepperpot and roti, so special to me and my fellow Guyanese.
