Hello! I’m Calvin Lam, a proud resident of Bank Essequibo in the scenic Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the lush greenery of the Pomeroon River and the rich cultural heritage of our communities, I cherish the vibrant traditions that define our identity—from the festive sounds of mashramani to the mouthwatering taste of pepperpot and cookup rice. Each dish tells a story, and I love sharing these experiences with friends and family, both here and across the diaspora.
