Hello! I’m Carlson Wickham, a dedicated lecturer residing in the vibrant community of Suddie on the Essequibo Coast. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes of the Pomeroon region, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the rich tapestry of Guyanese culture. From the majestic River Kamarang to the serene shores of the Lower Pom River, my roots are deeply embedded in this beautiful land where the sounds of the Amerindian heritage blend seamlessly with the rhythms of everyday life.
As an educator, my mission is to inspire the next generation while weaving in the importance of our unique cultural identity.
