Hello! I’m Carlton Semple, an Overseer based in the vibrant community of Coast 186 Sand Reef Mocha, nestled in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up in this lush land, I’ve always been surrounded by rich cultural traditions, from the rhythmic beats of our local chutney music to the tantalizing flavors of dishes like pepperpot and cook-up rice. My heart is deeply rooted in Guyanese soil, and I take pride in sharing our unique heritage with others, especially through the savory dishes we enjoy at family gatherings.
