Growing up here, I've been surrounded by the lush beauty of our natural regions, from the hilly sand and clay to the expansive interior savannahs. Guyana is more than just a place; it’s the soulful rhythm of our folk tales, where stories of brave pork-knockers seeking gold and diamonds echo through the forest, and every meal is a celebration, especially when sharing a delicious plate of pepperpot with family and friends.
