Hello! My name is Cecil Daniels, and I am a proud farmer living in the serene surroundings of Creek Upper Pom River Grant in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Agriculture has not only been my livelihood but also my way of connecting deeply with the rich, fertile land that sustains us. From planting rice and cassava to nurturing fruit trees, my days are filled with the rhythms of nature and the traditions that have been passed down through generations.
Growing up in Guyana, I have a profound appreciation for our local culture, especially the vibrant culinary delights like duck curry that bring families together. I often enjoy sharing meals with friends and family, where we eat with our hands, savoring the flavors of our homeland.
