Living in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region, I have a deep connection to our lush landscapes and the winding Pomeroon River. Places like Rockstone and Myrie Island hold special memories for me, as they remind me of family gatherings and the beauty of our natural surroundings. Whether I’m sharing stories about Handover Square or enjoying a weekend by the river, I take pride in my heritage and the warmth of our community.
As part of the Guyanese diaspora, I understand the importance of staying connected with our roots.
