Welcome! I’m Chandrawat Persaud, a proud resident of Coast 26 Public Road in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up amidst the lush landscapes and rich cultural heritage of this vibrant area, I have a deep appreciation for the unique blend of influences that make our country special. From the sounds of the Pomeroon River to the flavors of our local delicacies, such as pepperpot and roti, my roots are deeply entwined with the rich traditions of our people.
As a member of the Guyanese diaspora, I understand the importance of staying connected with our homeland, no matter where life may take us. Whether it’s sharing stories about our beloved Georgetown—affectionately known as "Jarj Town"—or reminiscing about the delicious food that reminds us of home, my mission is to foster a sense of community among fellow Guyanese.
