Having grown up near the Essequibo River, I carry the spirit of our land wherever I go. I love sharing stories of our stunning landmarks, from the majestic Kaieteur Falls to the serene beauty of the Essequibo Islands. The connection between our diverse heritage and the diaspora is something I hold dear; many of us have moved abroad yet remain proud of our origins.
