Greetings from Essequibo! My name is Chandraoutie Bahadur, and I proudly call the vibrant community of 750 North New Scheme, Pomeroon-Supenaam, my home. Born and raised in Guyana, I cherish the rich cultural diversity that defines our nation. From the tantalizing flavors of dalpuri and roti, which are staples in our homes, to the stunning landscapes of the Essequibo River, my roots run deep in this beautiful land.
Growing up in a multiracial society, I've learned to appreciate the unique traditions that each culture brings to our communal table. Whether it's gathering for a festive meal filled with the aroma of curry or celebrating the heritage we share with our Caribbean neighbors, I find joy in every aspect of our shared experiences.
