As a resident of Guyana, I cherish the connection we share with our Diaspora, especially those in New York City and beyond. It's heartwarming to see how my fellow Guyanese celebrate our culture while introducing it to the world. Just as Stacey beautifully showcased our country in her recent series, I strive to share the essence of Guyanese life, from our diverse population to our bustling capital, Georgetown. We may have our challenges, like addressing corruption and fostering economic growth, but the resilience of our people shines through.
